Shipping:
Most shipments will be carried out by TOLL IPEC, Couriers Please, TNT or UPS. Shipping is charged at a rate depending on weight, size of product and what area/ country you live in. If ordering outside Australia additional delivery charges may apply you will need to contact us so we can inform you on how much your delivery will be. At the time of your order it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address, should you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense to the correct address. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Orders of stocked items can take up to 2 - 5 days assuming there is no problem with freight and courier companies for delivery although we always endeavour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers, In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel your order. We will do our utmost to investigate any of the above unfortunate events. International deliveries may take longer, and you are advised to call us for more information on delivery times if the delivery address is outside of Australia. All items which are non-stock, may take up to 3 to 6 weeks for delivery, again for more information about delivery times for specific non-stock items, please call us.
Alternately, you may opt to choose your own freight carrier. This can be done by selecting “Nominate Own Carrier” under “Delivery To” on the Checkout page. Once you have selected your payment method, input the courier details into the “Customer Notes” box, including freight company and account number to be charged.
New Zealand Customers must provide own freight company details. This includes name of freight company, and freight account number to be charged.
Refunds:
AVT Services will not exchange or refund any goods purchased unless they are damaged or faulty when purchased. Goods will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods. Electrical goods such as vacuum pumps and gauge readers come with a twelve month warranty.
Method Of Refunds:
AVT Services will refund using the same method that payment was made, or by any method at our discretion.
How To Make A Return:
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging a copy of your order confirmation record and receipt. This also goes for electrical goods for warranty purposes.
