MDC launches 1 million cycles 1.5" Gate Valve
The new high cycle 1.5" gate valve From MDC is designed for HV and UHV application. Performance reliability and value are the main characteristics of this new improved valve. It has the same multiple port connections and options as MDC's standard Gate Valve Line for customer convenience.

Thomas Combines Rotary Lobe Technology and Efficiency with Compact Size
The new RL series rotary lobe blower from Thomas brings the benefits of “Positive Displacement” technology to a unit measuring just 6 in. long and weighing only 1.75 lbs. The unusually small size is made possible through a patent-pending assembly process that greatly minimizes leak paths within the blower chamber.
RL Series blowers provide high flow at low pressure and are ideal for applications including fuel cells, laboratory pressure and vacuum sources, air samplers, gas boosting, and a variety of portable air-moving devices.
Because rotary lobe blowers are contact-less with no internal wear surfaces, the RL Series blower generates very little heat, is very efficient, and provides long, service-free life. A 12V brushless DC motor and precision permanently lubricated timing gears carry the long-life approach throughout the unit’s design.
Despite its small size, the RL Series blower delivers air flow up to 1.90 cfm (538 l/min), pressure to 2.0 psi (0.14 bar) and vacuum to 4.0 in.Hg (-135 mbar). It can be mounted either vertically or horizontally and is equipped with standard 3/8 in. hose barns and a 6 in. wiring harness.

Mass-Vac Inc. introduce the MV Multi-Trap
The MV MULTI-TRAP® is a high capacity, high conductance vacuum inlet trap that protects pumps against corrosive chemicals and abrasive particles present in a vacuum system.
It features a three stage effluent trapping system: the first stage knocks down heavy particles and condenses volatile solids and liquids on large surface areas; stages two and three contain two parallel banks of filter elements which can be customized to remove corrosive chemicals and fine particles. A water or refrigerant cooled accessory cools the first stage for even more effective condensation.
The MV MULTI-TRAP® can be configured for many different installations, ranging from heavy particle applications to those producing condensable or organic vapors. It is available in three different sizes.
