MDC SemiSystems has two facilities to support customer demands. Their San Jose, California facility has 15,000 ft2 of manufacturing area, with a 2200 ft2 Class 100 clean room for ultra high purity welding and assembly, an 1800 ft2 Class 10,000 area for assemblies and manual TIG welding, CNC and manual tube bending, and a machine shop. Their second facility is located in Wilsonville, Oregon and has a 1200 ft2 Class 100 clean room and a 2500 ft2 clean assembly area.
