nEXT turbomolecular pump for compact,

  • nEXT pumps are our new range of turbomolecular pumps and supercede all previous Edwards 200-400 l/s sized turbo pumps (EXT255H, EXT255DX & EXT406PX)

  • nEXT pumps are a totally new design of turbomolecular pump offering, for the first time on an Edwards turbopump, true user-serviceability

  • Features include a user replaceable oil lubricated ceramic ball bearing at the bottom of the pump and a fixed magnetic bearing at the top

  • It is a compound pump, employing a new mechanism, which offers greater reliability and even better light gas pumping and compression ratios than the Gaede stages used on some earlier EXT pumps

  • All pumps are 24-48V and include an on board flush mounted controller meaning that they interface directly with the TIC or can be interfaced with an OEM system to provide power and control
